How do I ask for a refund?

If you find you have received an item that is obviously faulty , simply send the item back to us in its original packaging and condition.

We will exchange your item or provide you with a refund.

Please note that all returns must be made within 30 days of the date on your invoice.

If your product has a manufacturing defect, simply send the item back to us in its original packaging and condition.

We will exchange your item or provide you with a refund.

Please note that all returns must be made within 30 days of the date on your invoice.

To process an exchange/return,

Step 1 Fill out the return form that is enclosed with your order.
Step 2 Send the items to 39F, No.758, JungMing S. Rd., South Dist., Taichung City 40255, Taiwan together with the return form.

That’s it! Returns will be processed within 10 working days once your parcel is received and all refunds will be credited in the original form paid.

Please note:

Exchanges can only be made for items with an equivalent value.
Any other exchanges are processed as a new sale and a return.

If you require a different item with different price, simply place and pay for a new order online and send your original order back to us for a refund.

When processing a refund, any promotional credit applied to your purchase is deducted from the refund and no longer redeemable.

Do I need to pay for the postage of exchange or refund?

No, if you exchange or refund the item due to the product fault or manufacturing defect,

you are not responsible for the postage both ways.

Is there anything else I should know before I make a exchange and refund inquiry?
